Amazing burgers. By far the best burgers in town. Cozy American diner styled restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Great service overall. No English menus which makes it a bit more difficult for non-Polish speaking guests to decide what to eat. I don't know if we were unlucky or not but the restaurant was cash only. The ATM machine they suggested right outside the restaurant charges a withdrawal fee of 16 PLN or a exchange rate almost 20% above normal NOK to PLN exchange rates. Not particularly the restaurants fault but something to keep in mind.

I settled down in Katowice – I was deputy chef in an Italian restaurant, which developed my concept of Mediterranean cuisine, simple but based on delicious products and the joy that is hidden in the sun of ripening vegetables. This is how I arrived at the restaurant in Pszczyna – first as sous chef, then as chef, where I combined the cuisine filled with passion and fascination – it was a breakthrough moment for me. I managed to run the restaurant in such a way that after several years of hard work we received an award and the title of the Best Restaurant in Poland.
